After the 30 day trial period TurboPrint must be activated with a license key file – otherwise a "TurboPrint" logo will be added on every printed page.
A license key can be purchased on our web site www.turboprint.info.
The license key can be chosen during installation (TGZ archive only – see previous chapter " 4.1.2 Installation of TurboPrint TGZ archive ") or later at any time from the TurboPrint control center.
To activate TurboPrint with a license key file, start the TurboPrint control center program (click on the icon "TurboPrint" or enter " turboprint " in a terminal window) and choose the option " About / license". In the following window choose " Select Keyfile" . A file selection dialog will open where you can select the key file. After selecting the file click on "Open".
If the key file was accepted, your name and license type will be displayed in the window in the frame "Registration Info".
If your Linux system does not have a graphical user interface:
You can also register TurboPrint from command line using
tpsetup --install keyfile-pfad/keyfile-name
